It would be impossible to tell by pictures alone.
The best thing to do is contact a competent electrician and have an electrical installation condition report done on the system, this will flag up most issues that will need to be amended prior to a board swap. Without this information/report it is complete guess work.
It could be that your installation is not suitable for straight swap without some or plenty of work to be done, so that would dictate the overall cost.
