It can vary depending on the connections underneath (if they’re rusted up), but if all is ok and goes smoothly, I’d say for each set of taps/mixer approx 30 minutes.
I very much doubt if changing those taps would take me more than 45-60 mins, £100 tops. Any fittings I need to adapt would be on the van.

Exactly, it's a DIY forum - if you're not happy with the prices, perhaps we could assist you with changing them yourself!
He might not be answering because he doesn't want it or priced too cheap.
Asked Pimlico plumbers a while back about another job and we're way too expensive.
