How much to fit oak internal doors

depends on the doors and the door surrounds, doors designed for specific pre made frames already hinged and morticed - easy quick job

if its an old victorinan house with no two door frames the same, (corners not exactly 90°)
each door needs to be cut and plane'd to fit, all door furniture and hinges need to be morticed in - a day a door

My much much younger house was the same

I would love to get away with £150 a door for oak veneer, but the reality is different. I quote £120 per door with a caveat that the upstairs doors get cut upstairs.

Carpenters hate the weight of them, the older you get the more they hurt you.

If I agreed £150 per door as a customer, I would want leading edges on the hinge and latch side of the door and the gap when closed would need to be between 1.5mm & 2mm and follow the contour of the lining near perfectly, The hinge, lock, latch keep rebates would have to be absolutely perfect. I would want my staircase to have roll and stroll put on it and dust sheets protecting my floors and I wouldnt be paying cash.
