No you are wrong, some of them actually have a cheek and will not consider doing anything for less than £80 for an 8 hr day, with a break of 1/2 hr, My local Wickes car park or just outside the car park has a pool of such workers or laborours as I should put it looking for a day job at a time, they are not illegal but European migrant workers.
