How much to tile hallway

Hi I'm after a hallway tiling in 4" Victorian tile in diamond pattern black and white with a 40mm border then a 25mm border next to it the hallway is 950mm x5m it then goes into a downstairs toilet approximately 1200x 100mm with same tile arrangement
The floor has been prepared and joists packed solid wit plywood screwed down @150mm centres
How much am I looking at for labour and adhesive/grout thanks rob
