How soon can I build on top of concrete?

Quite an easy question I suppose... for someone!
How soon can I build a very small wall (with breeze blocks) on top of a concrete foundation (approx 2 foot deep)?

If it's a small, a couple of days.
Concrete will gather strengh over a period of time, it is always best to lay the concrete cover over with poly sheets, leave for day/overnight then wet it down.
Leave another day, then build your small wall.
