How to access this concealed Cistern/flush ??

I am trying to access concealed Cistern/flush in the toilet as its not seems to be working well. Not sure how can I access Cistern/flush as I couldn't see any screws to remove side on top panels. Top panel all seems to be sealed. Most of the items in the toilet is from Twyford, so I suppose these cabinets are too from them.

Could any one help me to find how could I get access to Cistern/flush without damaging panels around. thanks

Sue put your fingers around the edges of the panel with the flush button on and pull firmly
When this is removed you can see what you have to deal with

Before you yank it forward, try pushing it to the side slightly.

Some are on little springs that locate them into clips to one side of the little mounting plate.
