Hi,
I have an old ceiling rose (pic attached) which as I understand it also has a switched circuit (not sure that's quite the right terminology but hoping you'll understand!).
I want to replace with a pendant light fitting which only has a live and neutral input (pic attached). Do all the wires need to go into these two holes? There doesn't seem much space! Or do i use a chocbox somehow? I put green tape on the red live wire so I know what's what but don't know what to do with the other 3 reds in the middle.
Please advise how to do this? I have managed to wire it but it wouldn't turn off!
Thanks!
