I need into the cistern in a house i am renting to fill it as the water has been off in NI for a few days off and on. However i cannot easily get the dual flush button off?
I don't want to be rough with it as we are just renting the house and i don't want to break it.
It seems to turn a little in either direction but doesn't seem to simply unscrew like some i've seen in the past.
Help!
