How to finish the edge if hexagonal wall tiles

Hello,
In the next week or so I plan to tile a downstairs WC, using this tile.. https://www.claybrookstudio.co.uk/hayek-hex-jade.html

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to finish the edge of the tile on the upmost edge (pointing towards ceiling) it will stop at circa 90cm-110cm from the skirting board, I plan to tile so there isn't a continuous line, some tiles will be slightly higher than others, hopefully that makes sense.

That must be the worst tiling work I've ever seen.
Worse than everything, some chelsea pups must've paid over the odds for that unfinished work in the name of "design" (aka less work and more money for the tiler)
