How to fix a door that doesnt open fully!?

Hi,

Ive just had a new porch constructed. I was expecting the door to open fully, or at least >110 degrees. But the door only open maybe 85 degrees as the wall is preventing it to be opened fully.

Should the builder have used a knock-on, to give the hinges the clearance needed?

Is there a way to correct this issue?

Door opening simply too small . Whoever constructed the porch and installed the frame got it wrong .
