How to fix dripping shower mixer tap

tHi, Ive got a bath mixer / shower tap thats dripping, idont know if its the hot or cold.
looks like the one pictured, is it an easy diy job, or should i get a new tap , around £50

A 10p washer would sort that out (they don't look like quarter turn taps) easy diy job if you can isolate hot and cold supplies.
