How to get this map light bulb out?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know what's the type of these bulb sockets (Pics attached) and how to remove the bulbs from the sockets?
I tried pulling it out, but it's not budging at all, and I'm scared to break the glass if I apply too much force. Can someone please help?

Press the bulb down slightly and then turn 90 degrees anticlockwise......should sort it!

Thanks. I'll try it out. BTW do you know the name of this type of socket?

Yes, its a bayonet socket.....still popular but many small bulbs like these are now wire ended or LED
type.
