Preferably without knocking it down and starting again!!

Afternoon all
I have a front enclosed porch, with wooden panelling on the outside a few of which are a bit warped, i guess it is single bricked.
There has started to be some mould or similar form near the bottom in the corners and it has always been a very cold part of the house.
It has a pitched roof, which is tiled and the interior has a meter cupboard on the floor (3ft high) a polystyrene tiles on the ceiling.
.
Essentially, what would be a good way to improve the insulation aspect, therefore the warmth, stopping the mould in the process?

Thanks in anticipation

Firstly,apologies for the delay.

Thanks for the reply. It is 5ft x 4ft. which are the internal dimensions, not much bigger if done externally.
No to heating. There are 2 doors, an external, double glazed one and an internal door to the hallway, where the nearest radiator is.

Insulation doesn't create heat, it only preserves it, so insulating the porch will make no noticeable difference to how warm it is.

Can't say much about the mould except suggest you wipe it off with a bleach solution.
