How to improve possible cause of damp

The rear wall of the main house suffers from damp and externally can see where the wall is wet all the time.

Water isn't running over the gutter but it has me suffering if the way the main roof gutter runs into the valley is causing water to stop into that wall somehow.

Does this seem feasible? If so how could I resolve this?

What is the pipe running into the wall? There is a broken eave slate, the valley configuration is standard and shouldn't be a problem.

The white pipe is the boiler vent.

The main roof gutter just ends at the valley, is that ok?

Does the bottom gutter look OK? I'm just trying to find the cause of damp on that back wall.

suffers from damp

What does that mean? Black mould or water penetration?

Wall is visibly moist, cold too the touch and damp. In upstairs room there has been black mould but has been regularly cleaned
