How to install a shower screen with a notched tile?

Hi all,
I am going to install a showescreen but found I have notched tiles going up the wall, so its not level.
I am thinking of installing this:

What is the best way to overcome the notch (Pink tiles)? (See picture)

Dremel, multitool, and angle grinder all have diamond attachments you can use for cutting and grinding tiles. You can use them to make a channel in the raised tiles. Tiles are brittle and there are risks of unintended damage. If you are extremely careful, you might succeed.

Cant see how deep notches are ,cant you put a bead of silicone on the frame work to fill the gaps and silicone up down frame afterwards

Thanks, going to put some thin pvc behind and then seat as you suggested

Also rate their limescale remover for cleaning lead stains off glass

Best? Notch the screen holder or flatten the tile

Rented property. Nothing that a big of new grout, reseal and a new floor cant fix. Why spend £k's for a bit of mould
