How to insulate this awkward area?

Morning guys, one of the bedrooms in our house has a vaulted ceiling and in winter is always noticeably cooler than the other rooms.

I’ve had a look in the loft and the access isn’t great to where the vaulted ceiling is. What you can see on the photos then extends 7-8m.

I guess that only the first section has been insulated or if has all been done its been done poorly.

My question is what options exist? How would you insulate this area? Can it be blown in??

Any thought would be great :)

Got any children?
I've got one of these, and was thinking of suiting up a grandchild to help me fill it!
In the end I just crawled, shoved and swore, and used a long broom - not finished yet, so if anyone's got any better ideas?
 
I reckon combination of broom and swearing is probably the best option!

oh no thats what I was fearing :(

Time to steel the kids controllers, see if some bribery can be done!
