Hi everyone

I am new to this forum. I posted a question and had no idea it was a private message. Hopefully, this is public? If it is still private, please let me know.

I have added a MC1MINI-WE magnetic contact for shed to the Enforcer. I have added it to area B and set it to Intruder [6]. Everything was allocated to area A. I changed front door contact to area A and B, which is the final exit [7].

On keyfob, buttons I and II set and unset area B, which is the shed.

Problem is to set the shed, we have to open and close the front door. Also after setting, anytime we open the front door, we have to unset and set the shed again.

How do you set the parameters to keep the shed separate from front door? If I allocate front door to area A only, then shed does not set. Any ideas please?

What are you trying to achieve?

Are you wanting the shed to be set along with the house or independently to the house?

Post a list of your inputs and the settings / zones for each

I and II on the fob shouldn’t set B either. You’ve changed the defaults it would seem.

Ignore the above I think I’ve now understood what your looking to do…

Remove the door from Area B and change Area B’s exit mode in the engineers menu to timed

Hi everyone

I am new to this forum. I have edited my post to make it clearer (hopefully). Any help is appreciated.

I have a Pyronix Enforcer with;

2 PIRs set to Intruder [6]

1 magnetic contact for front door set to Final Exit [7]

All 3 allocated to area A.

I have added (or trying to add) a MC1MINI-WE magnetic contact for shed. I have set it to Intruder [6] and added it to area B. The aim is to have it set at all times, except when we need to access the shed.

I allocated the front door contact to area A and B.

I have created a code to set and unset area B only, which is the shed. Also, changed the codes of the family to area A and B.

Problem is, in order to set the shed, we have to open and close the front door. Also, after setting, anytime we open the front door, we have to unset and set the shed again.

How is it possible to set the shed at all times, except when we want to access it? How do you set the parameters to keep the shed separate from front door? If I allocate front door to area A only, then shed does not set. Any ideas please?

Under system options do you have level set, set to yes or no. It needs to be no if you potentially want to set multiple areas at one time

Under SYSTEM OPTIONS I have

Site Options

System displays

Exit Modes

I do not have level set.

Level set is in site options
Site options press yes
Press yes 7 times, display should show
Use level set
Use arrow to toggle between yes or no the yes to confirm
Press on back to site options
Hope this helps

A bit old thread but that’s what I’m dealing with now. Doing exactly the same thing but not sure where to start. I already have existing alarm and contact in one of my sheds but that's set up so it’s only armed when area A is armed. I want to change it so it’s permanently armed during the day and night. Do I need to set separate code just for that one specific area (area C in my case). Could anyone guide me how to set up new area and how to add code to it ? From manual I have learned how to learn new contact but couldn’t find anything how to set up new area. Thank you

U will select the areas for each zone in the 'change Inputs' menu.
Thank you. How about codes? I struggle to understand how it will all work. If I set the alarm for area C (which would be shed only) and then I have to leave the house I will type my code as usual but then instead of getting an option to set alarm for area A, I imagine I will have to disarm area C first to then type code again to arm area A which will include area C ?

When you first start programming your pyronix enforcer alarm, it can be confusing, especially when you want to have several zones. I followed the brief advice and succeeded. Giving detailed explanation in writing is difficult.

If the above suggestions are not sufficient, I suggest you look at YouTube videos. If you search for “pyronix enforcer alarm codes by Electrical Innovations” you will find many short videos by them and one that is nearly 35 minutes which is the combination of many of their videos.

You can also search for “pyronix enforcer alarm codes” and see videos by others.

Thank you. I got it all sorted thanks to DIYSOS2018. He pointed what I have done wrong and it all works now.
I still need to learn more about codes as I’m not quite sure what are the available options.
When I arm the enforcer for area C (sheds) even during the day all works as it should. At night when we are all upstairs and I press button I on the keyfob area C stays armed as it was during the day but area A (downstairs) won’t get armed.
When area C is not armed and I press button I on the keyfob area A gets armed as it should. So to arm areas A and C with the fob I need to disarm area C first and then press button I to arm areas A and C. Would separate code for area C work in situation like that?
