Hi all.

We've tried everything we can think of but we're unable to take off the cover so that we can change the bulb in our bathroom. Twisting doesn't do anything, neither does pulling, and here's no obvious grooves or screws. Any advice would be welcome!

You need to use the palms of your hands flat onto the plastic cover and slide it as far as it’ll go to one side of the fitting. This will open a small gap at the opposite side of the cover which you can get a finger into and pull downwards. The whole plastic cover kind of flexes and will either pop straight out, or sometimes get a bit caught on one of the metal retaining springs, in which case just give it a bit of a wiggle once you’re at that point.

It's a screw system, but there's a rubber seal which gets stuck and won't let you unscrew.
Spray WD40 in the gap between ceiling plate and light fitting and try to wiggle it free.

Agree with RF above, that type just sorts of glides inside enough to get your finger in then ease it out, usually 3 springy things holding it down, to fit back glide it in under the clips again
