How to renew the rubber door seals

We have four PVC doors in our house, all of which have seals that let one hell of a draught through.

I have tried to adjust the door hinges so the doors fit more snugly but they can't be adjusted any more.

Is it a DIY task to replace the rubber seals with nice new puffy ones? Or does that depend on the door model?

Yes it depends on the door makes etc.
Are you sure the hinges are on max adjustment?
Where about do you get the drafts, Top, Bottom, Hinge side or handle side etc?
Can you post some pics?

I'll get some pics later. The hinges have been adjusted to max and still get draughts, from assorted locations...along top edge, by two hinges.
