You could possibly grind a wee bit off a hidden edge of the underside of the worktop with a Dremel and burrs where it wouldn't be noticeable (such as in a washing machine recess) and use the dust to colour your repair
Can you not glue the chip back into it - you could maybe use UV cured resin such as is used to repair windscreen chips then gently sand back with fine wet and dry (or diamond stone) - you can then buff up with lapping paste etc.
