How to repair a pvc door trim

I have a 4 panel PVC door and one of the panel edges (sticks out to give some form) has a piece missing. So you can see behind the door here and make out the ply wood behind.

How can i go about filling this piece of diorite make the profile edge whole again ?

You can see what i mean in the photo.

Either replace the panel, basic one like yours with no glass would be around 80-100 quid or you could fill the hole with flexible filler, sand to match the existing moulding and spray white
