how do i safely/legally wire in a cabinet with a down light over basin

Is this a job for your own property?

Is the basin in a bathroom?

If so, what zone is the light fitting in?

Remember there are no zones round a basin.

Unless that basin is inside (fully or partly) a zone.....

There is no zone 2 created by a basin.

thanks for clarification on zones ,, appreciated ...... thats why i advised basin/cabinet about 1 meter away from bath/shower the cabinet is going above the basin... the toilet/pan is between the bath/shower and the basin
