My door closer was broken that I need to take it off from the frame and replace it. However, I can't find any screwdriver can fit it. I've tried Allen Keys but it looks like the hole is round. Anybody have any idea on how to take it off without breaking the door frame? Is there any special tools can do that?

Those aren't screws, they are pop rivets. You'll need to drill the heads off them.

Watch the tension on those things (the tensioner itself).....they can go off like bullets :p

Hold the tension with a claw hammer when you drill out the last 2 rivets.

Looks like its a metal clad garage door and frame fitted with a perko
When you say its broken do you mean its the bit that fits inside the door that's broken??
If so get a chisel and chisel the head off the Rivet
Sharp chisel and a good swift smack with the hammer will do it
    Or drill it out

Yes. It's a perko door closer fitted in my residential front door. It's a metal clad wood frame.Basically the bolt and chain comes off from the spring unit. So there is no tension already. It's the 2nd time it got off from it. It's really a pain to screw it back. So I decided to replace it.

A silly question, if I use chisel or drill it off, wouldn't the wood frame be damaged as well? How can I attach a new one at the same place?

The chisel will remove the head of the rivet and will allow you to lift the plate clear of the door frame
You can then remove the rest of the rivet and repack the holes to accept screws instead

Unless you are very careless then you shouldn't damage the frame
