How to tidy up these remnants?

A recent heat pump installation meant that a fused switch with large outdated junction box feeding the previous combi boiler in kitchen has been left unused. It is fed from light circuit so is only good for a 3A load or similar.

Similarly the kitchen windows were replaced and the old window mounted extractor fan removed leaving a junction box on the upper edge of the window reveal. This does not have a fused switch, it is also fed from lighting circuit.

How to tidy all this mess?

Suggestions appreciated.

Disconnect the two cables where they connect to the lighting circuit and remove them, the junction boxes and the fused switch.
