Our current bathroom has a pullswitch, for a single light, and an extractor fan also on a pullswitch with humistat, and an isolator.

The current lighting and extractor are fed off the remaining upstairs lighting circuit (ceiling roses) by a junction box system (single junction box - cramped wiring) and this will be inaccessable due to loft is now converted.

We want multi lights, probably 1 main light, and then separately switched LEDs or ELV. Double switch in landing wall (outside bathroom) removing pull switch.

The question is, should I be looking at using a sole junction box to extend the lighting circuit, and then use ceiling rose for the main.

or just get the existing junction box tidied up and add more junction boxes for the extractor+isolator, and another for the LED lights and switch.

Perhaps as clear as mud sorry.

If the ceiling rose that the junction box is being supplied from, is currently accessible and you have earth, live and neutral looped in at the ceiling rose.
Do away with the junction box and loop in at the ceiling lights.
Then no issues with inaccessible joints and junctions.

as PBoD says just make sure that all junction boxes are accessible. better to have as few as possible though - less things to go wrong!
