How to top up waterpressure in Viallant atomtec plus

Just comes up with video not ready ??
What exactly does it show on the video ?

Find another way to upload a video directly to this site on an approved Chanel like youtube maybe ?

No not really...
Then where do the pipes to the cylinder go?

As has been said already, your pictures and the video do not show the filling loop.
There is no mains water supply in your pictures or video to top up the system with.

You need to look somewhere else!
Or find a way to connect a hose to the red drain down valve.

There are two silver handled taps ,to the left of the boiler .what are they connecting to ?
Show us a pic from further away of all pipework to the left of boiler , so it's all on one pic if you can.

Funny how when we mention pipes carrying mains water, a significant detail, like a tap and hose is missed!

Perhaps...

Get a flathead screwdriver and turn the screws on the valves by 90 degrees and inspect pressure.
I would have highlighted where you would turn it but the problem is that i am on my phone rn and I cant do it atm.
Hey if you are on your computer , can you maybe try highlighting it again ? I would be really thankful
