How to Waterproof and insulate a single skin brick porch. What are the option

Hello everyone. After some advice on a single skin brick porch 3 external walls.

What are the options to waterproof and insulate. There is no dpc fitted when previous owner had it built. There serious issue with penetrating damp on the walls. It is concrete base.
I Will be tiling the floor and wanting to fit a vertical radiator on 1 of the wall.

Should I use a liquid dpm on floor and walls, or tanking slurry. battern the walls, celotex insulation then plasterboard ?
