Alleged racist abuse
Go on then spill the beans. If there was a dispute like this where I work then both parties would be suspended during any investigations.
See my previous post, bottom of page 1
Where 'racial abuse' is alleged, as enyam states, suspension (on full pay), is the required course of action. Racial abuse is gross misconduct in any form. How/why is the alleged perpetrator still working with their 'alleged' victim?

So how come they were both working face to face today? :?

This is nothing to do with racism, and everything to do with working conditions in the midst of a legal dispute

Because their HR department is lacking. Fundamentally lacking! The person who has allegedly been abused has a case against their employer for failing to protect them. The alleged perpetrator also has a case as they can now argue that IF they have committed gross misconduct, why have they been allowed to continue working?

Sort it out in the car park - it used to work for me.

The FA pulled their fingers out and banned Suarez but the case in question here is being dealt with by the police, why that should have any bearing I don't know but it seem's to.

I'm with you to a certain extent Joe but things have moved on. And I'm glad they have, we're both getting a bit long in the tooth for that carry on.

Are you suggesting that the company have not acted properly because of the volume of work?
I'm suggesting that these two blokes should not have been on site today, as a basic minimum.
IF this is all about the alleged words used by the Chelsea player then, just as is required within the real world, the alleged abuser should have been suspended pending investigation.
