Where 'racial abuse' is alleged, as enyam states, suspension (on full pay), is the required course of action. Racial abuse is gross misconduct in any form. How/why is the alleged perpetrator still working with their 'alleged' victim?See my previous post, bottom of page 1

Because their HR department is lacking. Fundamentally lacking! The person who has allegedly been abused has a case against their employer for failing to protect them. The alleged perpetrator also has a case as they can now argue that IF they have committed gross misconduct, why have they been allowed to continue working?So how come they were both working today?![]()
