I have booked three pcr tests online. My wife's under her email and myself and my sons under my email. My wife can log in and see her booking but when I log into see mine and my sons I get this message in the photo. You don't have premision to view this content. Why? All bookings where made in the
one transaction only difference beening my wife's email was put in her details.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and browser cache? It's possible your phone's cache is stale and is trying to retrieve content that no longer exists.
