Just been and bought a Daewoo refrigerator from Apollo so that the old one can go in the shed for important things like beer etc.

Waiting four hours for the system to settle before plugging in, so I read the instruction book. I know, men NEVER need to read instruction books, but I had some time to kill. (My excuse and I'm sticking to it).

Well! Page 4 Temperature control.

The temperature control is located inside the refrigerator and as a safety feature the control can only be adjusted with the door open.

Hello! ! ! Yes, that's what it says.

I am pleased about that feature, will stop any midget getting inside and playing with the knob when the door is shut. (Temperature knob, I mean.)

be very careful playing with your knob when door is shut  u may not be alone

I have a dislike for any fridge with temperature control from 0 to 10 - or whatever, where 0 is off, and 10 is -5 degrees!

I work in retail, and so like to know exactly what temperature my fridge and freezer is working at (and know that its not working too hard and wasting energy!)
