I-Ideal Icos Problem

I have an Icos boiler, however the led user interface is not responsive, no lights turn on, no sound from boiler. I have checked that the fuse is ok, pressed the on/off switch but nothing.
It looks and sounds dead.
what should i do?

call Ideal for a fixed price repair. You could quite easily need a new pcb, display and AAV. pricey!
