Just been to one of these beasties and the flow switch is knack'd. It's open circuit so therefore no juice to burner. Unplug it from the board however and the burners fire up, nothing is conected to the pins so it is still open circuit as far as the board is concerned. How does that work?. Just to confuse things if I link out the flow switch while plugged in it doesn't work. As I said it's Friday afternoon and the beers have already started but it just seems odd.
 
Are you sure its not reverse wired, meaning closed with no flow and opens on flow???

I would call it "normally closed".

That means its closed and opens when there is a flow.

but the switch is open circuit already and it won't fire....remove the plug to it on the board and it is still open circuit yet it fires up. :?
