i need advise on wiring a ? 2 gang light switch

i thought all was well but later that day i noticed that there is still a problem with the 2 way switches--i can turn on the kitchen light with either the switch by the patio door or the switch in the kitchen and turn it off with the same switch i turned it on with........BUT not with the other switch!!
any ideas?
should i switch the L2 and the comm on the side which does the 2 way switch?
