I tiled internal corner badly. Any suggestions?

I tiled my bathroom but the internal corner was tiled badly and it's looking like a dog's dinner. I tried to seal the corner with tape and smoothing the silicone with my finger but It's looking pretty rubbish I already removed the silicone once and reapplied it but I can't do it properly. Any suggestions? Are there any good looking stick-on corners that I could use?

OK so goes without saying the real answer is to pull the tiles out and redo it but I guess you are just about browned off with the job and want a simple fix

Try Google search or image search for Quadrant bath trim or Quadrant tiles and see if they fit the bill.
