I think the ICE agent was well within the law to do what he did, I notice nobody is concerned with his well being after this shooting. He will be devastated at the fact he took the action he took.

Then why didn't he stop the vehicle by shooting the tyres out?

Bad enough shooting an innocent woman dead, but then trying rewrite the incident by claiming she was a terrorist trying to kill ICE agents with her car is despicable.

Can anyone here support Trump in doing this?

An act of terrorism is the wording and is pretty much what it is by using your vehicle as a weapon?

Yeah, it wasn't that though, was it?

She was told to move her car. She was moving it. Then a gun appears.

Flight kicked in. She panicked. She wanted to get away from from the guy with the gun.

But she was very unlucky to have been approached by the agent who had been involved in a traffic stop where he had been dragged and injured last year, so that will have coloured the way he reacted in this case.

As far as I know , the police in Liverpool said the incident wasn't considered terror related.
Failing to stop for the police is now classed as terrorism,lol.
A terrorist is someone who sets out to kill innocent people for political or religious reasons.
This woman was killed because she refused to stop her car when called on to do so by police.
That doesn't make her a terrorist, of course we don't know the full story behind the incident but until the full truth comes out Trump shouldn't refer to this lady as a terrorist.

But if I was him, with a gun pointing at someone who's driving at them, resisting arrest, then it should be obvious that she would end up getting shot.

Which given the minimal regard to human life that entails, it makes you a very sad/sick individual!

That would not stop her driving away and could make the car even more dangerous as she would have no control - granted neither did she being dead. Also he could of shot the other agents as there were other agents around that left hand side wheel as that was the driver door side they were trying to open.

I don't think that word really has any meaning left, it gets used, misused and denied use where it's justified, to the point where nobody really knows what it means any more.

Activism can, and often does, overlap into terrorism. It's why we have dozens of activists in our prisons being held on terror charges.

Think I'll wait for some proper analysis, that looks like they decided their conclusion then chose the evidence to support it.

My opinion is that the cop was trigger-happy. But, given his tough job and need for split-second judgement, I can understand how it turned out.

I'm absolutely certain that I would not have done what she did.

We need to see more evidence, including the lead-up to the short clip and there are also videos from other angles that show more. More should emerge over time hopefully.
