The video I saw was her driving off at speed with an Ice agent being dragged along, I think at that point the shooting was justified.

I have just heard it mention that he was indeed dragged along by a car and needed stitches BUT that was a different issue he was involved in. Could be a reason he was quick to shoot having been dragged by a car before.

Not sure about that, I didn't hear that on the video. I saw an agent open the door so why would you drive away, I saw an agent in front of the car as she tried to move him out of the way.
