It's fkng absurd to claim he was within his rights to fire two more shots once he'd moved away from the car.

Once more, to remind y'all - this was an unarmed civilian, not a bomb laden terrorist.
Nothing absurd about it. He did and it was deemed legal. Case closed

Nobody is saying that she deserved to die but it is understandable how she forced the ice agents hand.
Was it a bit excessive? She looked harmless to me if hed just knocked her out through the window that would have been terrible but she'd be alive?

All shots fired in under a second.
Read Kisela v. Hughes If you want absurd.

Nobody is saying she deserved to die, but over there, deadly force is allowed to prevent a person from fleeing if they pose a threat of serious harm. Unfortunately, she ticked that box.

A tad excessive but then she drove her car at him so he had no option but to open fire. If she had followed the order to get out of the car then she would still be alive today and have received a fine at the worst.

Im probably gonna regret saying this but if she had been black this would be completely different....

OMG I feel sick

As far as I can tell, it was ridiculed by the people who actually paid for it. Presumably, because they didn't like the results. There has now been two sets of research. The original research was done ten years previously. It seems that the new research was commissioned by a police support group who wanted to overturn those previous findings. But they got exactly the same results! It shows that the human brain is amazing. I have been practicing in the kitchen, and you can easily stop yourself in about quarter of a second. Although, I know you have mentioned impaired faculties, such as memory loss, so it might take you a bit longer
You are practicing taking yourself by surprise? :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

You really are a daft old sausage.

He had plenty of options, but he knew deadly force could be justified.

Or he completely overreacted and luckily what he did was within the law somehow?

Somehow, this gunshot is supposed to be within the law. The argument seems to be that a reasonable police officer would not have realised that he wasn't actually in any danger.

If she had drove off and drove into a crowd of people everyone would be saying he should have shot her, but it didnt look like that was very likely to me

Tough, no amount of bob the builder scenes that you keep repeatedly posting will over turn the court ruling. No murder was committed and the agent acted exactly as he was entitled to do.

That is a very astute observation. Nobody is really arguing that at the moment, but that would be the second test. The first test is whether the agent himself is at risk of serious injury. The second test is whether anybody else is at risk of serious injury.
