Take pump off and flush through with water in case debris is in it.

I take it the system filled up ok after replacing the 3 port valve? Water and/or air out of all upstairs rads?
 
Yep, water filled up all, all rads bled, will try take pump off and flush. There is a switch on the pump, with three marks, speed ? if i put it on the lowest setting the noise stops.
