Hi Can anyone help. I have a Traditional S plan system 2 zone valves etc. I have just drained down heating side. I have 7 rads and fitted 6 trvs leaving one normal. The problem is that the boiler doesn't seem to stay fired up for long on heating only and one rad makes a gurgling noise ( been bled no air coming out)

There will be a screw on a bit of vertical pipe work normally near one of the valves to bleed your pipework, also need to check the header tank is filling with water. When you say no air is coming out the rad when you bleed it do you mean water alone is?, or nothing at all?

Thanks. water is coming out of rad not air.
In airing cupboard there are two vetical pipes that seem to have a hand tightening type nut not sure which one to undo
