Ideal icos boiler vibrating

Looking at new boilers.. this company I’m looking at have the ideal logic + system 24, 10 year warranty for £2103, there’sa Worcester greenstar system 24 with a 10 year warranty (When fitted with filler) for £2132.

any recommendations?

Everyone has a preference, I don’t work on or fit either, as I’m specified to a Intergas or Vaillant. Both are reputable manufacturers in my opinion.

British Gas just quoted me £3120. I’ve got a local company coming out later too.

It’s gonna be sore no matter who does it as we’ve just bought the place 2 months ago! Bad luck, what can to do, it’s gotta be replaced.

Well, but good luck it didn't break in the middle of winter (our Icos broke last winter and the house was very cold)!

You could always ask for a quote on a cheaper (but not necessarily unequal in workings) boiler such as Vokera or Main? Vokera easyheat comes with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee subject to annual service (standard on a lot of guarantees tbh). There’s a Main system boiler comes with a 5 year guarantee also.
