Hi.
I've got a problem with my boiler.
When I am switching on the Hot Water from the wall programmer, the Central Heating is off, the radiators are warm and Central Heating is working.
Can you please help me with this?

He means the motor valve is leaking. Often caused by swollen balls!

The solution is to call British Gas for a one-off or fixed price repair.

Thank you for your answers. I will call the Sco  wish Power engineers to check and repair. About four months ago they said is an electrical fault somewhere in the wall.
Thank you again

After further investigation I can say this:
Programmer Honeywell HW turned on the central heating is working even if is turned off from programmer and the knob on the wall is on 10 degrees, and I might have some hot water.
CH on HW off I've got central Heating and some hot water at the tap.
It seems that the motorised valve for HW is not movingwhen i am opening the tap anywhere in the house
I also have an unvented cylinder.

How many motorised valves do you have? You should be on a s plan 2x2port valves or a 3 port with a extra zone valve on the pipe leading to the cylinder.
