I think the returns are just linked internally.
I struggle to sell the less mainstream stuff I find everyone I go to wants mainstream. Sometimes Viessmann can be a push. And I loose work not wanting to fit ideal Baxi Wooster etc
You need to be more cynical and bitter then mate 
Sometime I have to replace an Ideal Independent where the main alloy heat exchanger is leaking after only about three years.
But the warranty is only a basic two years!
It will do the job and is about the cheapest option to replace with exactly the same model.
But I would recommend a proper better quality boiler!

if budget is tight maybe the new intergas rapid might be a good choice for the op
