Ideal Independent C24 Reprssure Problem

As the title suggests I am having trouble repressuring my boiler.
I've included some pics of what i'm seeing, and from going through google searches and youtube vids I can't see the silver flexible connecting hose or where that would even go, and no other noticable valves or connections that would help.
On a previous worcester boiler I would have to insert a handle and turn this to increase the pressure this isnt the cade on an Ideal boiler though.
I'd appreciate any help and advice you can give.

Follow the cold and Heating return pipe, there will be a filling loop somewhere
