Ideal Mini C28 Boiler Stopped Working

My nan's boiler decided to stop working during the night. It's running at 1.7 bar. Gas supply is good. It has a flashing green light but the actual flame isn't there.

We're being quoted £250+ for call out charge which my nan just hasn't got. Can anyone point us in the right direction please?

What makes you think the gas supply is good?
BG do a 3 tier pricing arrangement for non contract customers, only £200 for up to 2 hours - also includes parts, and no fix no charge.

Call a local independent who will quote you a sensible price.

It sounds as if you dont have a demand for heat!
