Identify socket brand

Can anyone identify this socket brand which was around 11 years ago.

I was thinking volex?

or can anyone tell me what brands currently do this switch position.

I know you can get outboard switches, but these are different again!

RPP from city electrical. Not sure if you can still get them though.

They do a current range branded 'M2' which have the same switch positions.

I haven't come across any but that by all means does not prove that there aren't!

I'm not aware of any either. Outboard rockers or two singles on a dual box are probably your next options.
