i plan on makin it harder for my car to be 'hot wired'. what i intend on doin is puttin a switch in to break the cable for 'start', so that you can have it in ignition, but can only start the engine when the switched is pressed. the location of the switch will not be obvious, but extremly easy to get to.

do you think doin this is a good idea?

It would help but thieves often push start cars (especially in the early hours)because it makes less noise. An alternative (or as well) could be the fuel pump if its an electric one.

the fuel pump was goin 2 be an alternative. altho youll need 4 people to get my car off the drive (you hav to push uphill, and because of the way the drive is, its hard to get off)

a few month ago, after 2 of us cudnt get it off, we had to back a van onto the drive to get it off!
