Hi all,

Can any of the painters/decorators on here recommend a black pliolite masonry paint that has a slight sheen/shine finish and suitable for exterior use.

I want to paint my concrete door sills and below the damp proof course which consists of 2 courses of bricks above ground level.

The house walls have been finished using johnstones trade white pliolite and is a matt finish which looks really nice, so thanks all for your suggestions

I have looked at johnstones truguard and its only comes in a matt finish

Thanks ed! looks good stuff

I have give up looking for a shiny finish pliolite masonry paint, i was thinking of painting the 2 courses of brick below the dpc and the concrete door sills in johnstones stormshield black, which is a matt finish and then giving the concrete door sills a top coat of exterior grade gloss used for wood and see what happens.

has anyone tied this before??
