Don't worry about it Dan, I'm sure you have seen loads of tight ar$sed landlords before. They only complain went things go completely wrong and it costs them LOTS more money.
They don't understand that any money spent on their property comes off their tax bill at the end of the year and they keep the property in good condition and the tenant happy..

I just feel sorry for the tenants.
So glad I have my own house now. All this talk of the continental style of renting over ownership being better - then you realise the calibre of our rental market and realise why we have it this way.
